Their architect who also doubled as their project manager needed a professional company to do both design and build for their new office –THE COLONY.
With the clients focus on energy and the environment, our design team came up with a system that was efficient and used an environmentally friendly refrigerant.
We installed the Trane variable refrigerant system (VRF) with cassette indoor units for better air distribution.
