This is a guest house complex that employs TVR equipment along with packaged units to provide fresh air to the building.

Centralised extraction systems have been installed for washroom ventilation. Each guest room is equipped with a key card control system that interfaces with the air conditioning system.

Additionally, the building features a data center that utilises a close control (precision)units for cooling and humidity control

There was a delay completion of this project leading to cost overruns.
