Madam Anita’s residential project includes a Total Variable Refrigerant (TVR) system installation, designed to enhance climate control and comfort.
Key features of the project are as follows:
Consultants: The project involved consultants from India, who provided guidance and approval throughout the design and implementation process.
HVAC Design: The HVAC system was designed by Atlantic and subsequently reviewed and approved by external consultants, ensuring that the design met all necessary standards.
Ventilation and Extraction: HRV units were used to facilitate ventilation and central extraction, specifically for the washrooms, to maintain air quality and energy efficiency.
Aesthetic Integration: Linear slot grilles were chosen for air distribution to complement the architectural design of the residence, providing a streamlined and modern look.
This system layout ensures efficient climate control and ventilation while seamlessly blending with the residence’s aesthetics.
CHALLENGES
Noise levels from the equipment presented a challenge, particularly because the external consultants specified high static ducted units.
