ISO 45001 is an international standard for occupational health and safety management systems (OHSMS). It provides a framework for organisations to establish, implement and maintain a systematic approach to managing workplace health and safety. ISO 45001 aims to help organisations improve employee safety, reduce workplace injury and illnesses and create a safer and healthier working environment.

At AIHC, we aspire to set the industry standard. Our commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) reflects our vision. We believe that prioritising OH&S across our operations not only ensures our sustainability but also fosters employee well-being and customer satisfaction.

COMMITMENT          

Top Management is dedicated to establishing and maintaining an effective Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S) in accordance with ISO 45001: 2018. We are committed to fostering a proactive OH&S culture and managing risks responsibly across all aspects of our business.    

POLICY GUIDELINES                                                                                       
To fulfill our commitment, we pledge to take the following actions.      

A.     Set annual OH&S objectives and targets that inspire all stakeholders.
B.      Comply with all legal OH&S and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.                         

C.      Identify hazards and non-conformities and take necessary steps to reduce associated risks.

D.     Actively engage interested parties in developing, implementing and reviewing our OH&S MS to drive implementing and reviewing our OH&S MS to drive continuous improvement.

E.      Ensure all interested parties are well-trained and informed to actively participate in maintaining and improving OH&S.

F.      Uphold the rights of workers and all other interested parties.

G.     Identify potential emergencies and implement suitable mitigation measures.

H.     Allocate the necessary resources to maintain the highest OH&S standards.

ENDURING RELEVANCE
The policy serves as a guiding document for all interested parties. We will review its relevance every three years or sooner if needed and keep all stakeholders informed.
