CHEVAL PROJECT

The Cheval project is a residential development featuring advanced climate control and ventilation systems to enhance indoor air quality and energy efficiency.

The project incorporates: Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System: This system provides precise temperature control, allowing for individual room or zone cooling and heating. VRF systems are known for their efficiency and flexibility, making them ideal for residential settings.

Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) System: The HRV system helps maintain indoor air quality by exchanging stale indoor air with fresh outdoor air, while simultaneously recovering heat energy from the exhaust air. This reduces the demand on the heating and cooling systems, promoting energy efficiency and indoor comfort.

Basement Car Park Exhaust System: A dedicated exhaust system is in place to manage air quality in the basement car park by removing vehicle exhaust gases and improving ventilation.
