At Atlantic Climate Control Ltd, we believe in contributing to the growth and development of the HVAC industry by investing in the next generation of professionals. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, we are proud to support the ASHRAE Ghana Chapter Apprenticeship Program.

 

The first cohort of the apprenticeship program provided young aspiring technicians with a comprehensive two-month training course focused on basic refrigeration and HVAC knowledge, alongside essential soft skills development. Following the classroom phase, the apprentices proceeded to a four-month practical field training program to gain hands-on industry experience.

 

We are pleased to have welcomed three apprentices from the first cohort into our organization for their practical training. Since joining our team, they have demonstrated enthusiasm, commitment, and a strong willingness to learn while actively participating in field operations and technical assignments.
